About me
Aaron served public lands and those who depend on these lands for over 28 years. He has worked a career in Federal Law Enforcement as a Ranger with the Bureau of Land Management and National Park Service stationed in Utah and Wyoming. He also served in Wildland Fire leadership with extensive experience across the United States. He recently retired as the US Forest Service District Ranger in Ely Minnesota responsible for making stewardship decisions in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness, Tribal Consultation, forest management and mining related oversight. He resides on the beautiful shores of Lake Vermilion. Aaron recently was endorsed as the Democratic Candidate for the Minnesota House of Representatives for the district that encompasses the Boundary Waters. When not campaigning he is usually out cutting firewood, canoeing, skiing, fishing, hunting and enjoying the public lands he served to protect.
