Aaron Field serves as the Director of Private Lands Conservation for the Theodore Roosevelt Conservation Partnership, where he works to meet TRCP's mission of "guaranteeing all Americans quality places to hunt and fish" by improving habitat and increasing recreational access on America's private lands.
Aaron brings a lifetime of experience and education in agriculture and ecology to the federal policy space, and he is driven by a passion for the people and landscapes of rural America.
Aaron holds a Ph.D. in range science and an M.S. in natural resources management from North Dakota State University. He resides in western Minnesota with his family. He enjoys hunting and fishing — especially for upland birds and waterfowl with his American Water Spaniels — and helps out on the family farm when he can.
